About the Role

We are currently sourcing for a Senior Energy Storage Engineer to lead design and implementation efforts for cutting-edge battery energy storage systems (BESS). This individual will work closely with developers and utility partners to optimize storage solutions for grid-scale renewable projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced battery storage solutions for solar and wind energy projects.
• Develop models to optimize energy storage performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical oversight during the project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning.
• Work with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with energy storage standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems.
• 8+ years of experience in battery energy storage or grid-scale renewables.
• Strong understanding of lithium-ion, flow batteries, and emerging storage technologies.
• Experience with modeling software such as MATLAB, Python, or PSCAD.
