About the Role

A growing clean energy investment firm is seeking a Clean Energy Project Finance Manager to lead financial modeling, investment structuring, and funding strategies for large-scale renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models for solar, wind, and green hydrogen projects.
• Structure project financing, including tax equity, debt, and equity investments.
• Work with investors, lenders, and government agencies on funding initiatives.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new renewable energy deals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in energy finance, project finance, or investment banking.
• Expertise in financial modeling, tax credits, and renewable energy incentives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with project valuation methodologies.
