About the Role

Our client, a leading renewable energy firm, is seeking a Director of Renewable Energy Operations to oversee the management and performance of its growing solar and wind energy portfolio. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, compliance with industry regulations, and optimization of energy output across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations and maintenance strategy for solar farms, wind farms, and battery storage facilities.
• Implement best practices for asset management to maximize energy production.
• Oversee compliance with all federal and state energy regulations.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate new technologies for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with leadership experience in operations.
• Strong understanding of energy regulations, permitting, and compliance.
